    Accounting became the broad operating discipline; teaching management accounting at York established a second throughline that has continued across the career.

  2. 2009–2013

    Corporate systems & risk

    Led SAP work in a 600-plus-person operation, then became one of two internal auditors covering Labatt’s six plants and more than 50 distribution centres across Canada.

  3. 2013–2017

    Non-profit finance leadership

    Led finance for a $20-million-plus children’s mental-health provider and guided its financial integration into the Hospital for Sick Children.

  4. 2018–2021

    Corporate-services executive

    Led finance, technology, people, facilities, risk, privacy, and administration for a $36-million, 300-plus-person, 13-site organisation.

  5. 2021–present

    Founder & cross-sector operator

    Built Purpose Forward and PF TECH, serving 25–30 non-profits and leading work across more than $15 million in ongoing client budgets.
